With his own technical aspirations, Tim began working in the A/C and Heating business in 1990. In 2010, he and longtime friend Barry Dean founded All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning, a private East Texas based company.
In his free time, Tim’s passion is camping and the outdoors. He calls Hallsville, TX home, and resides there with his wife, son and daughter. Tim’s son, T.J. LaFleur is a second generation LaFleur to pursue the A/C and heating business and works at All Seasons as an installation, service technician. Tim is a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Hallsville, TX.
